Voice Connect Appointment Booking
New voice connect booking system We are now offering a new and easy to use system to allow you to book and appointment at any time of the day. The new system will allow you to book, cancel or change appointments at any time; night or day using the telephone pad.
In order to use the system you simply contact the surgery on
01757 702 561. You will then be given the same options as before, however when you select 1 to make an appointment it will also offer you the chance to book this through the 24 hour automated service.
You will be required to provide you date of birth and contact telephone number. This will allow you to select either the 1st available appointment with any GP or to select a male/female GP. You will be given the option of each GP’s name at the surgery.
When you have selected the chosen GP you will be offered the next available appointment. If this is not convenient for you, you may choose to skip this appointment to the next available appointment.
Once you have selected your appointment you will be asked to confirm this and the appointment will then be confirmed and booked..
